Hotel and Mailing Update
Hi Family:
I was made aware that there is a glitch with the hotel reservation system that is affecting our rate code. I'll post another update when the problem has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I've run out of names to send the mailing to. But please continue to spread the word. I've made a few additional e-mail contacts to some "newly found" family across the country who were not aware of our upcoming plans. I was really glad and excited to be able to find them. Really hoping they will be able to attend as well.

Registration Form Now Available
Hi Family:
The registration form is now available in the list of links on the right. Please let me know if you have any problems downloading and/or printing. And of course, feel free to let me know if you need a copy e-mailed to you. This weekend I will begin sending letters in staggered stages. If I don't have your address, please send to me via Facebook (if we are connected) or via e-mail at washingtonreunion2014@gmail.com.
Also, please send me names and addresses of family members that should be included in the mailing list. We have so many family members across the country. I don't want to leave anyone out.

The Washingtons Go to Birmingham!
Preliminary information is now available for the Washington Family Reunion in Birmingham, Alabama on July 4th and 5th. Please visit the links on the right to get information.
If there is enough demand, arrangements can be made to visit Washington Town down in good old Carrollton, Alabama on Sunday, July 6th for worship and fellowship. Please let me know if you are interested.
I am finalizing the registration cost per attendee with the hopes of keeping it right at the $50 dollar mark or less for adults. Children will probably average half of the adult fee. Be on the look out for the confirmed fee in the next week. So sorry to take so long for getting the price confirmed. It's hard to plan with a limited budget.
We hope to see you in "The Ham" family. I can't wait to meet all of you!
